SHIPPING

Where does Reason Y ship?

Reason Y ships to all 50 states, but shipping may take longer to Alaska and Hawaii.  Shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses may take 3 weeks to arrive due to military handling time.  We do not ship internationally yet, but we hope to do so soon! 

When will my order ship?

We try to process all orders the same day they are placed, but it may take 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm ET will be processed the next day.  Once the order is shipped you will be notified and receive tracking information. 

Why is my tracking number not working?

Sometimes tracking numbers do not update immediately, so please allow 1-2 business days for it to begin updating.  If the status is not updating after this period, or if it is not updating at all, please let us know at customerservice@reasony.com.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping destination, please email customerservice@reasony.com as soon as you can!  Because we try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, it may be very difficult to change the shipping address if the order has already shipped.  Even so, we will do everything we can to help fix this issue.

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your Reason Y product for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. All you need to do is email us at customerservice@reasony.com and obtain a RMA number. Then return the product to Reason Y at 155 Chestnut Ridge Road, Montvale, New Jersey 07645.

Please ship it in a well-padded box or envelope. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and on a note inside as well. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the product, process the RMA, and you will receive your credit within one billing cycle.

 

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  For an item to be eligible, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation and a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the next billing period.

 

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you qualify for a refund and have not received it yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company.  It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have taken these steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@reasony.com and we will help resolve this issue.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you have received a defective or damaged product and would like to exchange your product for a replacement of the same item, we will be happy to assist you. Please email us at customerservice@reasony.com and send your item to Reason Y at 155 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Montvale, NJ 07645 USA.
